Learn about your Spiritual Anatomy and tools that you can integrate immediately in your life. Learn to discerning what is your energy and somebody else’s.

You will learn the basics of giving to yourself and healing yourself, like grounding and releasing energy, golden suns, filling yourself back up with your own energy, amusement, protection and much more.

Class Starts Monday May 8th form 7-9pm
