You are spirit in a body. And since the Spirit is the highest form of this setup, communicating on that level makes it easy to let go of any restricting energy or anything inhibiting you to truly be. If you have areas in your life that don’t work or you simply don’t care for, this form of communication shifts things in an easy and light way.

It’s much easier for the spirit to come down to the body level in order to find alignment (this means being with what is and allowing it). So whatever needs resolving can find that resolution and leave. From there, we can move forward in whatever it is we wish to create.
